Job Description

A leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a motivated Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work closely with clients, and participate in nationwide travel for depositions, hearings, and trials. The firm is open to new graduates, junior associates, and mid-level attorneys with relevant experience. A background in plaintiff personal injury is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Assist with motion practice; experience drafting MSJs is a plus (training provided as needed).
  • Travel nationally for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Build strong rapport with clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout the litigation process.
  • Support trial preparation; trial experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to support active caseload needs.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school (firm provides JD + benefits package).
  • Bar admission in good standing.
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury preferred.
  • Discovery and motion experience strongly valued.
  • Open to attorneys at various experience levels (new grads to mid-level).

Writing Sample / Transcript Requirements

  • New graduates: Law school transcript required.
  • All candidates: Relevant motion writing sample, ideally reflecting understanding of discovery motions.
